THE FULL RANGE
Every Elanoris programme is structured around the individual — their existing food habits, daily rhythms, and specific nutritional goals. The range below describes the formats available; each is adapted in practice to the person engaging with it.
Dietary Habit Mapping
A three-session assessment of current eating patterns across a typical week. Identifies existing strengths in the diet, recurring gaps in nutritional balance, and the natural points of entry for gradual adjustment. Output: a written habit map with annotated entry points for change.
Balanced Meal Architecture
A six-week structured programme composing weekly meal frameworks that align with seasonal availability, individual nutritional requirements, and the practical constraints of a working day. Includes portion calibration guidance and a rotating ingredient schedule.
Weight Management Guidance
An evidence-informed weight management programme structured around whole-food composition, portion calibration, and the gradual integration of increased physical activity. No rapid protocols. No unsustainable restriction. Twelve weeks minimum.
Gut-Friendly Nutrition
A dedicated programme for those seeking to improve digestive comfort and microbiome diversity through dietary adjustment. Focuses on fibre distribution, fermented food integration, and the removal of unnecessary dietary disruptors. Eight sessions over ten weeks.
Seasonal Eating Programme
A quarterly programme recalibrated each season to reflect the nutritional character of available produce. Participants receive a new ingredient schedule, adjusted meal compositions, and guidance on the nutritional properties specific to the season's dominant produce.
Single Consultation
A ninety-minute session for those with a specific nutritional question or seeking an independent perspective on their current eating pattern. Does not result in a full programme; provides a structured set of observations and a prioritised list of adjustments to consider.
How Each Programme Is Structured
Initial Assessment Session
A detailed intake conversation covering current food habits, daily routine, activity patterns, food preferences, and any specific nutritional goals. This session informs the structure of everything that follows.
Programme Composition
Based on the assessment, a programme is composed — specifying the sequence of dietary adjustments, the timing of each change, and the nutritional rationale. This document is shared with the participant before the second session.
Ongoing Calibration
Subsequent sessions review progress, address friction points, and adjust the programme in response to changing circumstances. The programme evolves as the participant's habits change — it is not static.
Close and Handover
Each programme concludes with a written summary of changes made, the nutritional rationale behind each, and a maintenance framework for the participant to continue independently. Follow-up sessions are available if needed.
"I had tried structured plans before and found them rigid and exhausting. The Elanoris approach felt different — more like having a thoughtful conversation about food rather than being handed a rulebook."R. Whitmore — Balanced Meal Architecture participant, 2025
